These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Jolt Budget ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Jolt Budget mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Jolt Budget is a personal finance management application that helps individuals track income and expenses, manage budgets, monitor multiple accounts, and gain insight into their financial habits. The Service includes:
Jolt Budget is a tracking and budgeting tool only. It does not connect to your bank accounts, execute financial transactions, or provide any banking, investment, or financial advisory services. See Section 9 for our full Financial Disclaimer.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To create an account and use Jolt Budget, you must meet the following requirements:

By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we reasonably believe that your credentials have been compromised or that your account is being used in violation of these Terms.
Important: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Jolt Budget cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or failure to promptly notify us of a security breach.
Jolt Budget offers a free tier with core features and an optional premium subscription for advanced features including cloud sync.
The free tier is available indefinitely and does not require a payment method. Core features will remain free for all users.
Upon cancellation or downgrade from a premium plan, your locally stored data remains intact and accessible. Cloud-synced data remains available for 30 days after downgrade, after which it may be archived or removed from our servers.
You agree to use Jolt Budget only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions, including suspending or terminating the offending account and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Jolt Budget application, including but not limited to the software, design, user interface, graphics, logos, icons, and any other content created by us (collectively, "Our Content"), are owned by or licensed to Jolt Budget and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app on your personal devices solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain full ownership of all financial data and content you enter into the app ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over Your Data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Jolt Budget is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed financial advisor. The app is a personal record-keeping and budgeting tool only. Nothing in the app or on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Exchange rates and currency data provided within the app are sourced from third-party providers and are for reference purposes only. They may not reflect real-time market rates and should not be used for actual currency conversion decisions.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:
We strongly recommend that you regularly export or back up your financial data. We cannot guarantee that cloud-synced data will be available at all times, and we are not liable for data loss due to service outages, force majeure events, or third-party provider failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Jolt Budget, its developers, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for:
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10.00 if you are on a free plan.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and, if applicable, deleting your account via the Delete Account page or contacting us. Cancelling a premium subscription does not automatically delete your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at tryanto@tbglobal.id. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
If you downloaded Jolt Budget from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Apple Inc. or Google LLC (as applicable) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary. Their respective terms and policies also apply to your use of the app.
